The Timor-Leste National Commission for UNESCO (TLNCU) conducted the inauguration of three (3) Community Learning Center in the Oe-Cusse Ambeno Special Region.
TLNCU through the Project Bridge was inaugurated three (3) center it’s the same the CLC – Lifau Pante Macassar, the CLC – Laclubar Manatuto and the CLC – Knuuk ba moris Manufahi, Center where the ceremony was focused on the site of Oe-Cusse Ambeno on 25 / 04 / 2024. The center was inaugurated by His Excellency the Minister of Education Dr. Dulce de Jesus Soares.
The Bridge Project itself received funding from the Government of Korea through Korea National Commission for UNESCO (KNCU) which supports financial funds to (TLNCU) working with the Ministry of Education to establish the Center also has funding support for the provision of computers from the Korean Seventeen group which Supports 12 computers units to two (2) center It’s the same the CLC-Lifau Pante Macassar and the CLC-Laclubar Manatuto.
The Community Learning Center will facilitate communities with expertise in learning programmes such as For your middle-aged the older ones and young ones who do not read and write the CLC will be able to learn and those who do not finish school will also have the opportunity to learn. The CLC will also facilitate community access to courses such as Korean, English, Portuguese and computer.
The objective of the inaugurated was to be recognized by His Excellency the Minister of Education for the CLC – Lifau Pante Macassar, CLC – Laclubar Manatuto and CLC – Knuuk ba moris Manufahi whose construction of the house has been completed, in order to continue to be used to carry out the learning of the programme established in the CLC and to help communities with the initiative to learn at the Community Learning Center.
The General Director of Education (ME), the Executive Secretary (TLNCU), representative Education of Raeo the Oe-Cusse Ambeno, representative National Timor Leste Military of Raeo, the Director (ME) of Manufahi, the Administrator of the Laclubar Post, the local authorities of the village chief, the village, the community and the sacred priests in the Oe-Cusse Ambeno Region.
