INTRODUCTION
TL national commission of UNESCO as an autonomy figure which become partner with the government of Timor Leste to create a relevant program with the UNESCO mandate such as education, science culture and communication.
TL national commission of UNESCO was established in 23 Abril 2009. But its legal base just been approved in the council of ministry in the decree law no 29/2014, structurally below the Ministry of education but from now on the political changes in the VIII government, KNTLU currently work together below the ministry of superior science and culture, base to the decree law No 14/2018 17the August 2018.
