Ossu 09/05/2025 The Timor-Leste National Commission for UNESCO (TLNCU) conducted validation of Uma-lulik data in Ossu administrative post and identified a total of 431 uma-lulik in 10 villages.

The uma-lulik data registration program is a program of the Division of Culture (TLNCU)) supported by UNESCO Paris. This activity is to present data uma-lulik in post-ossu, where assistants (10) received guidance from the national TLNCU)to carry out the work of collecting or taking data uma-lulik during one month. The type of data that the team took is the same in the category of the name of the uma-lulik; its construction is made of what materials, and the uma-lulik is in which part of the village, and there will be many more according to the format available.

The objective of validation and confirmation of uma-lulik data is to confirm these data and to cooperate with the community, elderly or traditional leader, village chiefs, and local authorities who are present so that we can carefully see the uma-lulik data. This is to correct the name of the uma-lulik, or some uma-lulik that have not been registered, so that when it is correct, all the data in the municipality of Viqueque can be elaborated to be published in the book.

Participate in these activities as representatives of the administrator of Postu Ossu—former administrator, village chief, elderly or traditional leader, chief of youth and communities.
